Lakewood Desks provides a marketplace where property owners and managers publish listings and prospective renters contact them directly.

Availability, pricing, amenities, and lease terms can change. Confirm all material details before entering an agreement or making a payment.

Monthly listing subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. The website does not process leases, deposits, or rent payments between listers and renters.

Each new self-service listing receives 14 free days starting when Lakewood Desks approves and publishes it. No payment information is required to submit. After the trial ends, the listing is hidden unless the lister subscribes for $29 per month. No automatic charge occurs without subscribing. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled from the dashboard. Pausing or editing a listing does not restart or extend its trial. A canceled or past-due subscription may remove the listing from public view.
